B of H will only refund on the following basis:
All items are subject to availability. Where possible customers will be notified of the availability of each product on the “Shop” page. In the event that the goods you have ordered are not in stock we will contact you by email as soon as possible and advise you of any alternative purchase option. If these options are not satisfactory we will refund the full amount of any monies paid. Our despatch time scales will be dependent on availability.
B of H may substitute an item of item of equal or greater value than the original item listed, or issue a refund for the product if for whatever reason the item is unavailable. Where we have substituted an item, you may elect to receive a refund rather than accepting the substitute item by emailing us. We will make refunds under these General Terms and Conditions within 14 days of items being returned to us or evidence supplied to us showing and stating that the items were unacceptable. Claims for breakages or any other damage must be made to the carrier at the point of delivery and followed up in writing to B of H within 3 days of receipt of delivery. We will be unable to offer refunds on orders for breakages or other damage if you have notified us within this period. However, if you have complied with the policy above a refund will be issued to you within 14 days for any valid breakages or damaged items or replacement stock will be issued
We would like to clarify if there is any issues with any of the products this will be passed on to the relevant supplier who will correspond with you directly. Each individual supplier is responsible for any issues concerning their products. B of H does not accept any liability relating to faults or quality of each individual product. It is strictly a service provider.
